The 2012 awards will be given based on your MonaVie business performance and development between 6 August 2011 and 27 July 2012 (weeks 345–395). To qualify for any of the below awards, you must first meet and maintain the following minimum requirements throughout the qualification period:

• Maintain a minimum 200PV AutoShip every month
• Be active and qualified for every month

The following awards* will be presented to the top three qualifying distributorships from Australia and New Zealand at the regional conference.

1. Distributorship of the Year^†
Awarded to the top distributorship that has the most personally enrolled percentage growth—based on volume—multiplied by the number of new personally enrolled Star 500s in their business during the qualification period.

2. Top Enroller
Awarded to the top three distributorships that personally sponsor the most combined (minimum of 10) new distributors and/or preferred customers into their business during the qualification period. The newly sponsored distributors must place a first order with a minimum 100 PV and enrol in AutoShip. Newly sponsored preferred customers must place a first order with a minimum of 50 PV and enrol in AutoShip.

3. Top Star Maker Bonus Earner
Awarded to the top three distributorships that personally earn the most Star Maker Bonuses (in GBUs) during the qualification period.

4. Top First Order Bonus earner
Awarded to the top three distributorships that personally earn the most FOBs (in GBUs) in their business during the qualification period.

5. Top Retailer of the Year
Awarded to the top three distributorships that have the most retail sales—based on TRB in dollars—during the qualification period.
