Purchase tickets through your Virtual Office. For proof of ticket purchase, please print your tax invoice in your Virtual Office under “Order History.” Tickets will be available for pick up at the registration booth on Saturday 15 September between 9.30am-10.30am.

Cancellations and Refunds
Regional Leadership Meeting, September, Wollongong
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. All requests for refunds prior to 31 July 2012 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee per person. Refund requests received between 1 August and 31 August 2012 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee per person. No refunds will be made after 31 August 2012, except for documented medical emergencies accompanied by a doctor’s medical certificate.
Business Awards Celebration
Refund requests prior to 31 August 2012 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee per person. No refunds will be issued after 31 August 2012.
Hotel Accommodation
We have secured discounted rates on accommodation at the Novotel Wollongong Northbeach Hotel for MonaVie attendees. To take advantage of the special rates on regular rooms and rooms with an ocean view you must book your room as soon as possible. No space is being held.

Getting to Wollongong
Getting to Wollongong is easy via convenient freeways and public transport.
By Road or Hire Car:
The F6 freeway will take you straight into Wollongong. From Sydney it’s 80kms. If you are arriving from Sydney Airport, car hire is simple and the drive is easy along the freeway. Travel is 75km from the airport. Maps are provided in the enclosed brochures.
Parking is available at Novotel Northbeach for a discounted rate of $10 per day if you are a hotel guest.
By Rail:
City Rail runs commuter trains to and from Wollongong on a regular basis. Travelling time is 1 hour and 45 minutes along one of City Rail’s most scenic routes. For more information visit www.131500.com.au.
