MonaVie is pleased to provide you with an innovative way to receive commissions in Ringgits (MYR) and to use your earnings to purchase product.

As you experience success with MonaVie and become eligible for bonuses, MonaVie will load your earnings into your MonaVie Commissions account every Friday. Please note that due to Malaysian government requirements, bonuses on Malaysian orders will be delayed one week. MonaVie will then convert your earnings to Ringgits (MYR) at a fixed exchange rate of 3.20 per 1 GBU.*

* Global Bonus Units (GBU): GBU is used to determine commissions paid to distributors. One GBU equals US$1. Once the GBU is calculated, it will be converted using the predetermined exchange rate into Ringgits as of the date your earnings are actually paid out in commissions.

Setting Up and Using Your MonaVie Commissions Account

Similar to a virtual bank account, MonaVie Commissions provides you with the convenience of securely transferring your earnings into a Malaysian savings or cheque account of your choice.

Other benefits of MonaVie Commissions include:
• Live, 24-hour access to commission payments
• A way to track payments and transactions
• Ability to download information into a workable Microsoft Excel file

Please note that when your MonaVie Commissions account is funded for the first time, you will receive an email notification from MonaVie Commissions.† From here, activating and using your MonaVie Commissions account begins.

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
1) Follow the link in the MonaVie Commissions email to www.monaviecommissions.com.
2) Click Activate Account.
3) Enter your MonaVie Distributor ID number and select your date of birth.
4) Follow the onscreen instructions, and fill in all required fields.

Once you are logged in, MonaVie Commissions will allow you to set up automatic fund transfers on a weekly or monthly basis, or whenever your account balance reaches a specific amount that you decide.

HOW TO CASHOUT FUNDS
1) Click Cashout.
2) Select an account to transfer funds to, or create a new account.
3) Enter amount to transfer.
4) Verify the information and click Confirm.

HOW TO SET UP AUTOMATIC CASHOUT
1) Log in to your MonaVie Commissions account at www.monaviecommissions.com.
2) Click Profile.
3) Click Add/Update next to the “Automated Remove Funds Configuration” option (under “Other Information”).
4) Select an account to transfer funds to, or create a new account.
5) Choose an automatic cashout schedule.
6) Enter the amount you want transferred or select “Full Balance.”
7) Verify the information and click Confirm.

You can also view the details of your commission payments each week by accessing your Virtual Office. Click Member Info and then Past History under “Commissions.” If you have questions about the MonaVie Commissions website, please send an email to Malaysia@monavie.com.

Use DirectPay for Product Purchases

MonaVie is pleased to offer you a payment method for ordering wholesale products and sales tools through your Virtual Office or when contacting Distributor Support.

Simplifying the Payment Process
Our MonaVie Commissions DirectPay option simplifies your purchasing experience by allowing you to pay for MonaVie products with funds from your MonaVie Commissions account.

You can use this feature by simply selecting the MonaVie Commissions DirectPay option when you purchase your next order in your Virtual Office or when setting up your AutoShip.

No Bank Account Required for Purchases
DirectPay transforms your account into an exclusive online payment tool and adds to the features already available to you through MonaVie Commissions. This means you can use your commission earnings to buy products without having to set up a bank or cheque account. This allows you to use the funds in your MonaVie Commissions account to pay for your AutoShip orders, thus avoiding the extra time and expense of transferring funds to your personal bank account and then using those funds to purchase products.

As always MonaVie Commissions provides you with full reporting and tracking capabilities. With the DirectPay option, you can now conveniently track and manage your business expenses in one area (www.monaviecommissions.com), while keeping those transactions separate from personal finances.

If you wish, you do have the option of using a combination of funds (e.g. MonaVie Commissions and a credit card) for payment when placing an order through the Virtual Office or when calling Distributor Support.

A Powerful Business Tool
Along with DirectPay and the other features available to you, MonaVie Commissions is a powerful, online tool that can help you expand your business and serve a broader group of distributors. You can also transfer funds from one MonaVie Commissions account to another through the distributor to distributor transfer option.

MonaVie Commissions: Maintenance and Fees


MonaVie Commissions allows you to access your account by using your Distributor ID number. Providing you with this option also allows you to login to your Virtual Office and MonaVie Commissions account through one distinct number.

You can access your MonaVie Commissions account in two additional ways:
• MonaVie Commissions ID
• Email address tied to your MonaVie Commissions account.

Account Maintenance
A monthly maintenance fee of 3.40 MYR will be charged to your account if there has been activity in your account within the last four weeks. MonaVie will cover the cost of the fee if you are “paid as” a Bronze Executive or above at anytime during the prior month.

Cashout Transaction
When using the cashout feature, please note that there is a modest fee of 4.85 MYR per cashout.

Remember, the cashout feature allows you to transfer your funds to a personal bank or cheque account. You can reduce the number of times you cashout, by taking advantage of MonaVie Commissions Automatic Cashout feature. We also encourage you to take advantage of our DirectPay feature, which allows you to use funds in your MonaVie Commissions account to pay for product.

Remember, using this option turns your MonaVie Commissions account into a powerful payment tool and removes the need to transfer funds to other accounts.
